- Duplicate Concepts: If a similar tool is already listed multiple times on our site, we may not add another. To improve your chances, highlight what makes your product stand out and resubmit.
- Low-Quality Website or Poor User Experience: If your website looks unprofessional or lacks effort, we may assume the same about your tool. Ensure your site is well-designed and offers a good user experience.
- Product Not Publicly Available: We only accept tools that are fully launched and available to the public. If your product is still in “waitlist” mode, please submit it after it has launched.
- Custom GPT Submissions: We do not currently accept custom GPTs due to the high volume. We need to prioritize other types of tools.
- Adult Content: Tools with websites that contain adult content without proper filters will not be accepted. Our platform is intended to be family-friendly.
- Non-Tool Submissions: We only list software tools. We do not share newsletters, tool aggregators, blogs, or direct links to Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp bots.

The image displayed on the page is either your Open Graph image set in the metadata or a screenshot of your homepage. Since this process is largely automated, there may be some inaccuracies. We manually review descriptions before they go live to ensure they are generally accurate, but occasional errors may occur.
We understand that a tool’s features, pricing, or branding might change over time. If you need to update the information about your tool, visit CompareBizTech “Contact Us” page to submit your suggested updates. Our team will manually review and make the necessary changes if needed.
