It is very easy to transfer calls, place calls in everyone’s voicemail with a push of a button. I can also change my out of office to say where I am if wanted.
I wish the system could handle more calls. Currently there is a limit of 60 calls to offset this i had to get another phone server. Also the max amount of queues is 10 so if you need more than 10 queues then you would need another phone server as well.
Allworx is incredibly useful and integrative. It has many different features and functions that make communication within a business environment simple and effective. My favorite feature in Allworx is the desktop app, which allows you to see on your computer screen your incoming/outgoing calls, plus the availability of other people in your network. You are also able to track the calls of your employees.
It took a long time to get Allworx Verge to work on my iPhone. I ended having to get support involved and it does not work 100% of the time.
