Overview

You can select a pre-configured Amazon Machine image to start immediately. Alternatively, you could make AMI with the applications, libraries, data, and associated configuration settings.
Configure the security and network access on Amazon EC2. You could choose which instance you want, start, terminate, and check as many AMI cases as you wish.

Amazing app to go with for startups, provides 30GB free space, fast,reliable ,cost saving service and easy to use on any OS. Its EBS(elastic book store) feature is adds on.
Pretty much everything else, all of terminology is foreign and complex, finding anything in the dashboard is absolute nightmare. The billing is not clear or transparent. If all you need is a server for your app/business this is not the place to go unless.
Amazon EC2 has a wide variety of instances with various operating systems and hardware options to choose from, this ensures that we are able to select the server we need and have to pay only for that which helps in cost saving. It has options to interact with the server via application libraries, command line terminal & its dashboard which helps in managing the server. Amazon AWS also has other products that integrate really well and easily with Amazon EC2 making it the go-to choice for hosting application servers.
Amazon EC2 handles a lot of our server infrastructure and has in incredible amount of features to help deploy our products in a fast and scaleable fashion. Having integrations with other software allows us to use EC2 in an automated simple “key-turn” clusters.
