It’s dead simple to activate a mail sequence and have your client choose a time that works.
A few features lag Calendly but the team are very pro-active and catching up
There is nothing to install. Its just set up your preferences and start emailing Amy or Andrew just like you would a human personal assistant.
It is an AI program, which means there are situations where things can go off the rails because of a misinterpreted sentence or things not being phrased precisely the right way.
x.ai is so convincing that I’ve had people mistake the bot for an actual person. Not necessarily a negative, but it can cause some people frustration.
Amy is not perfect. Sometimes people think she is human and try to ‘meet’ her in person and occasionally I have had minor phraseology issues instructing her appropriately. The solution is to read the x.ai tips and follow them.
