Overall: Avoxi Genius is definetely the best software for Voice over IP. You can manage everything you need to get your IPBX and your DID numbers work!
Pros: The software has great features that help you manage all your DID needs. You can add new DID´s, get special offers, get analytics and all the information you need to get the most of your IPBX

Overall: Avoxi is making possible real time communication cross countries, with a specifically good quality of calls and very low costs. Especially over this covid crisis when travelling has become impossible, Avoxi is litterally saving our business projects.
Pros: In comparison to other similar services existing on the market Avoxi defintely makes a difference on every level. The price and quality of communication are the real plus. The options management is also very easy and a special mention for the GREAT customer service, which is rare enough nowadays and should be congratulated when good.
Cons: For the use of our project this service is perfect, nothing seems negative about AVOXI to us

What do you like best?
It was easy for me to get all the data that I need. I also like the Whisper feature where you can remotely monitor a live call. It is also easy for me to get all the information that I need for reporting and analysis. I also like the live feature where I can view the current status of my staff and their daily activities. The data can also be modified based on agent, teams and even the entire department which makes it easy for the Support team to create an analysis based form the staff performance.

What do you dislike?
For 2 months of usage, I can say that the tool is very reliable when it comes to all the data that I need. I just need to be more familiar with all the feature that Avoxi offers. Maybe, it would help my team if there’s a way for us to listen to all the calls that we are receiving.

What do you like best?
The ease of accessibility to make and manage changes is incredible. Being able to update wording as needed without involving and paying the company to update it for us.

What do you dislike?
The analytics could use some improvement in readability. It would be helpful to know how many unique calls the system gets as opposed to how many times any call hits the IVR. i.e. How many actual phone calls, not how many times they listed to the options on the IVR itself.

We have been a customer for 10 years, with Avoxi handling our toll free numbers and traffic. The fact that we have stayed with them this long is proof that the staff and technology offered by Avoxi very well meets our business requirements. Their customer service is par excellence.

The administration user interface was not so easy to use, but Avoxi have changed that for better recently.
