Reviews

Overall: Last year, we chose Award Force to replace a competitor that was going to raise its price by an unreasonable amount. A year later, I wish we had chosen Award Force sooner! Easy to use for administrators, contest entrants and contest judges. The price is very reasonable and we are excited to start up our contest using Award Force for the second year in a row. Customer support is outstanding.
Pros: 1. Ease to implement and manage for administrators. 2. Ease of use for end users (contest entrants). 3. Great set of tools to set up and use the contest judging component.
Cons: Just one thing. Wish the company could allow us to use our primary online payment vendor. We have an existing account for one that does work, but it’d be nice to consolidate and have just one product to deal with in terms of online payment. That said, Award Force has already listened to our concern and our request was forwarded on.

Overall: Overall experience is good with the tool. easy to set up and reviewing and run the nomination report. but the bug issue is keep happening all the time. this make me not very happy with this tool.
Pros: The structure, the analysis report, export the data I received. allow the attachment for people submission
Cons: there are some bugs happened in last couple of

We have been organising our internal awards program for a number of years now and have always struggled managing all the submissions and organising the judging process. Deploying AwardForce solved all our challenges and we have now deployed a very professional, easy to use platform to manage our Awards program with a fraction of the time and costs involved before.

What do you dislike?
Implementing AwardForce in the organisation does take some time. However with the excellent onboarding support provided by AwardForce this is very easy.

What do you like best?
I am a curator delivering a triennial award for artists at a national museum in the UK. Award Force enabled us to bring the process in-house – from the open call and application process, to longlisting, review and judging.
The platform was almost entirely customisable to our needs, and is very straightforward to use. We included the on-boarding process in our package, which meant we could have tutorials on the different settings and ways of working. The Help and FAQs section of the site is pretty comprehensive too, so almost everything can be answered swiftly.
And if I’m stuck, there is 24/7 support – I can send an email and get an answer within the hour if it’s urgent! This was a life-saver more than once.

What do you dislike?
There are certain elements of the interface it would be good to customise or change that are not yet possible – the dashboard layout, the order of the side bar, and so on.

Dealing with Award Force has always been pretty straightforward and positive. Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and supportive, and is a testament to a good company culture.
Pros
Award Force makes streamlining award programs much easier, from the submission, to managing the judges and communicating with users every step of the journey. The platform is really easily customisable in terms of design and user experience, and enables multi-faceted award programs with multiple categories, which would just not be possible without having the software.
Cons
I would love to be able to have a more customisable landing page for the program, which would avoid me having to develop another page/destination, instead of having a lot of the information around the categories/judges, etc. behind a login. These are often managed by other teams and can add complexity in the project, or even deter some users from entering.
