Combining project budget and staff utilization management in one solution, with deep accounting integration.
It is very intuitive and user-friendly. It can link to Quickbooks which is very helpful. The reporting is also a nice feature. This allows us to report our realization, efficiency and profitability. After watching a tutorial video, we have a much better grasp on the overall website and its unique functions. The support team is readily available and there are plenty of sources in the knowledgebase.
I like the ability to generate project-specific reports within a specific time slot.
It doesn’t overcomplicate things like Ajera used to, I felt like it was a lot of buttons that were misleading, so the simplification of Big Time works for what I need. I think the things I’ve been using BigTime have been pretty basic and therefore intuitive so I do appreciate that aspect of it.
BigTime is a very powerful time, expense, budget, and billing tracking software. It’s fairly easy for employees to track time and expenses and offers powerful reporting capabilities and a lot of customization when drafting and sending invoices. The on-boarding experience was smooth, albeit a bit work intensive, and customer support continues to be extremely helpful and responsive. It integrates more completely with QuickBooks than the software we were using previously, so is helping us cut down on small bookkeeping issues we used to run in to.
