Pros: Simple to install and it actually works !! Support is excellent always prompt and knowledgeable. And the override button sorts out any issues
Cons: No fixed per month fee and sometimes bank websites don’t work and need to be whitelisted. Otherwise it would be nice to have separate password levels for accessing websites
Overall: We have been using the service since day one and it has been great to see how far it has come over the years. Truly a great service.
Pros: With one panel we can admin all of our clients and protect the users from many different threats.
Cons: With the addition of the client on the workstations giving detailed reporting, there is not much else we could want other than maybe even more detailed reporting.
What do you like best?
As a school we looked at many solutions that ensures our students saftey, while they reseach online learning, the Roaming clinets feature on DNS Fitler is the best fit for our needs and this has been game changing in esuring our students saftey.
Student wise reports are awesome, having a quick from to submit request is really helping us to unlock the websites, no matter which app students are using it is great that filtering applies by default.
What do you dislike?
No issues so far, it works just seamlessly, iPads and this is game changing considering the remote learning.
the new dashboard feature makes our lives easier as teech team, I wish the deployment on iOS devices is little easier because we cannot virtually connect with the students device and enable the DNS filter on the App, I read about it online yet I coould not find a proper solution
What do you like best?
Provides client level installation for DNS filtering when outside of the building. Complements EndPoint and Firewall web filtering by processing all DNS requests throught an active filter to help stop malware distribution.
We can distribute the product uniquely using RMM to each customer and management and controls are customer unique.
What do you dislike?
Unable to brand product with our company name and logo.
