I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive but often times they don’t typically know enough about the product and will ask me for information that i already provided in detail upon initial case submission.
Easily to use, very helpful about to keep control about duties, reduce costs, increase profitability, optimal resource management
This is by far the most customizable project management software I have ever used. It helps keep our entire team on track, from the customer service to product team. We are able to write all the necessary information into every single job and track where it is in our system.
Overall experience with the service ( Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service) is good. It helps in optimizing resources . It offers route tracking , scheduling of job . It is quite easy to manage inventory with the help of it.
Support has not given ideal situations of help. They are very rude and do not seem to understand anything that is being asked when it comes to the technical point of the application.
The aspect I like most about the software is how easy it is to create a process flow to enable two or more entities to communicate or be able to share data and information together very easy.

It stores data on public cloud which can lead to data security issues and compliance issues which restricts people from storing all customer centric data at one place. It helps evaluate performance of agents but dies not base their performance on basis of potential clients and only on basis of targets achieved by them.
