I’ve tried other solutions and for me the best from this solution is how easy is to access to the conference for my customer. Just one click and they are inside the conference.
I like that it allows me to hold conference calls and screen share. Really, that’s all I need it to do. I do a lot of demos and walkthroughs with clients and customers, so GoToMeeting is critical for my success. It also allows my customer to share their screen so I can see what errors or issues they’re having on their end. It really helps with the show-don’t-tell aspect of my job. I also like that my PIN never changed. It was a little on the long side, but after a week or so, I had it memorized. Made opening meetings really fast.
Gotomeeting was vital during the pandemic for our business operations. Since the pandemic, Gotomeeting has remained an integral piece of our daily networking. The ease of use, affordability, and general ease made this the preferred software. Our team was thrown for a spin when all of our collegeas were forced home. This software allowed us the ability to continue moving forward and maintain profitability.
GoToMeeting is an excellent software for teamwork. It comes with features that allow collaboration to happen through meetings, such as screen sharing. You can also share presentations similarly, and you can manage it pretty easily by switching controls and hosts. In addition, GoToMeeting is by far one of the best software to create and manage your meetings. It integrates with any calendar and automatically adds all your meetings to them so that you can keep track of them better. What I also really like about GoToMeeting is that I can have a permanent meeting room that I can reuse as many times as I want and allow participants to join with a customized URL that doesn’t expire. This enables us to have meetings without any waiting period.
Best Audio Video Quality during the Call. We can use this without any corporate network. International calls are pretty nice and sound and video quality during the international meetings are pretty cool. Recording of the meetings and storing them in the cloud is the best option so that we can get the recordings anytime from the cloud.
The features and their qualities are something which I can’t describe in a brief. They are so amazing as they are helping all the departments of companies to interact with each other, be it video calls, board meetings, conferences. GoToMeeting is helping users in each and every domain. You can use screen sharing, presentation sharing, directly video conferencing with the employees.
I like using go to meetings because I can create links that never change for my clients but I can change everything about the meeting like time and place without having to send updated links.
