I really wanted to be fair and find something that I like about HubSpot but, to be honest, when I tried to do so, I was unable. It has so many bugs, its control panel UX is so bad, the learning curve is so big and it lacks so many features, that this is the first review I make in Capterra where I cannot find anything I like of a piece of software.
Paid version could out of experience for large area but I likely to review its because this platform provides all necessary features to all your acquirement or need your company. There are many software available in market but we get in quality in hubspot crm other than best. We can send industrial email for future time.
HubSpot CRM is used in our organization to manage 1. Deals 2. Lead Flow 3. Support Tickets 4. Marketing efforts. All organizations utilize the CRM. Our goals for leveraging a CRM is to keep contacts, companies and deals in order. Managing multiple sales motions from various groups and implementations: sales, customer success, implementation and tech support.
We use HubSpot to keep tabs on the connections we have with our customers so we can ensure the highest level of customer service. Right now our office is the only one using HubSpot as we’re in a testing period to see if it is what we’d like to use.
