File server auditing is the best so far, very easy to use. UI is well designed. Ad reporting is really helping us to find out who has an old session and locked account.
The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results. Definitely bang for buck.
The upgrade process is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in a software product. You have to put your build number into the support website, download a major upgrade, install that, and then download a service pack, and install that. It doesn’t sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility. It fails more often than not and the upgrade instructions listed on ManageEngine’s website has inaccurate data (lists the wrong batch files to use, etc).
I like this software because it is 100% web, it is also very complete and useful, it allows me to see through its records who was the last person to make repairs to the servers or any computer of my company, thus allowing time to identify faults due to bad configurations in the systems it is short, even if it were necessary to revert, it is done without any problem.
With ADaudit plus you can take all your records in your system and review in real time, which user is on your computer and who is manipulating the servers, this with the firm purpose of avoiding sabotage to the system or bad users. The interface of this system is very friendly and easy to use, you can install it and configure it in just minutes.
