Everything has some down sides, or I might just be nitpicking here. There is no way to lock your reference numbers. The billable expenses and manufacturing still need some work.

Proper accounting software, with debits and credits. Keeps getting better. Good reporting tools and export. Easy to use once you have the basic. No cost for desktop version.

The software is very expensive as compared to its competitors. The Manager software side is very difficult to use. The one problem in this software is that the reports can be difficult to set up and new users have a steep learning curve. The another problem in this software is that when we deposit our payments in the bank accounts then sometime our payments cannot easily deposited in the bank accounts.

Robust accounting software, constantly evolving and adding features, supports Windows, Mac, and Linux – all desktop versions free to use and upgrade, attaches images or pdf of receipts to the voucher. easy backup, import and restore of accounting data, export to pdf, email invoices and receipts directly. Online user support forum. Multiple language support on the fly.

It could be a little more helpful on the UI side. It’s very stale in that regard. It doesn’t integrate with any software, and it would be nice to manually enter in somethings like bank statements. Having to export a bank statement from online in CSV, or another format is time consuming and not really what i’d like.
