The Customer service for this application was amazing. This is hard to find in a lot of CRMs. For Nimble it did not require a lot of time getting used too. It was easy to navigate and easy to help other people learn the system. For the computer system, the application is light and moves faster.

The most basic issue associated with Nimble is that it does not guarantee us whether the email has reached the concerned client or not. Further while sending the messages, I am always restricted to certain applications only. In addition, I think more new features should be associated with it, it is a one feature tool yet.

Functionality is lacking in places – Seemingly simple features are not there (for instance being able to view tasks across the whole team, rather than by each user) – No calendar integration for Office 365 – More out of the box integration is needed (for instance more integration with Mailchimp and Microsoft products)
