My experience has been great with OnSIP. They have exceptional customer service I’ve received exactly what I needed each time. I like Onsip because while working from home during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I get all my calls going to my office phone forwarded to my agency cell phone. Therefore I do not miss getting any important phone calls.
It does not allow you to send SMS texts, which is something some of our clients wished it had. Once texting is available, it’ll make a good replacement for mobile phones for lower price.
Our connection has always been clear and it’s been easy to quickly log in and make calls from other devices when necessary. Only wish would be for a more compact version of the desktop app that could be kept open. The existing app takes a fair amount of real estate on the screen.
There are a few features that we need – telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries. Some requested new features cost a bit more than we want to pay – busy light indicator shouldn’t be as expensive. Or new features could be bundled with things like telemarketing block and then totally worth it.
