Pros: When publishing prizes on line, the system guides you through and explains what each question means. It’s very user friendly
Cons: I had a lot of trouble this year loading pictures to illustrate my items. I’ve never encountered so many error messages as I did this year!
Overall: They are always a pleasure to work with and answer questions as quickly as they can.
Pros: It’s easy to re-create events for success with proper templates. They also have some great videos for support.
Cons: There are some pieces that you just can’t do in terms of high-level coding for website ease but I know this is an area they are working on.
What do you like best?
I like that it’s easy for first-time users to figure out how to navigate through the system. There are also help tips available.
What do you dislike?
I don’t care for the fact that there is no telephone number for customer service is you have a question about billing. You have to e-mail a general e-mail address and they reply with very generic answers. It takes weeks to resolve a billing issue.
What do you like best?
The software was pretty basic which worked for the organization that had a small fundraising team.
What do you dislike?
Seemed to lack in the reporting aspect, but then again, I would put some of the blame on the org for the amount of information they had on donors.
