Reviews
SportRx moved it website hosting infrastructure from a traditional fixed footprint vendor to Platform.sh and AWS about 9 months ago. The new environment has been very stable and Platform.sh support has been very proactive and timely. Their Magento expertise were very valuable in optimizing our Platform.sh environment as well as the included Fastly CDN to improve our site’s performance and stability.
With Platform.sh I don’t have to worry about the performance, availability and capacity of our hosting. Their tools allow our developers to focus on what matters and don’t worry about infrastructure. We are very flexible on what we need, for e.g., you need node.js, just add it to your config file and Platform.sh takes care of if.
Using Platform.sh lets individuals and teams focus on the problems that are important to them. If you’re running a complex ecommerce site and need to run applications/services across a whole suite of technologies that need to be tuned just right you can do that. If you’re running a straight forward website that needs a dev environment and a live environment you can do minimal setup and spend more time coding. Both use cases and everything in between benefit from automated deployments, stable environments, and consistent development experiences.
