QuickBooks online gives me one place to track everything related to money for my small business: income, expenses, taxes, and payroll. It’s easy to set up and use, and I like knowing that even when I’m not paying as much attention to some of the bookkeeping as I should, it’s still being tracked for when I have time to get to it.
This software is very user friendly. Getting to individual accounts is easy and straight forward. The importing of bank records saves me a ton of time doing payroll and reimbursements each month. I can track all of the owner’s businesses in one place without paying extra per company added.
Quickbooks Online makes life a bit easier when new to the world of online invoices. They offer cloud storage. Which is more secure than other companies out there. YOu do not need to purchase an upgrade every year. With Quick books online you never have to worry about using outdated software. Hassle-free access from different devices makes it easy to keep books on the go. The offering of how-to videos and classes that are available to access online. Quickbooks also makes doing payroll such a breeze.
I like the feature that tells you your total payments year to date as well as breaking it down for you. I like that you can log in and there is a record of what you have been paid in each period, YTD, or even years past. I like that you can see clearly how much was taken out for taxes.
After having a bad experience with Account Edge, we decided to turn to Quickbooks for a refreshing, good system that we could rely on. After using it for sometime, it’s been probably the best accounting/payroll/invoicing/estimating program we’ve had so far. Everything is very simple, user-friendly and not too technical.
