The Shopney platform has allowed us to cut through a very steep learning curve to create our app, by providing a wysiwyg interface requiring no coding. That’s a big plus for us! I love the automatic reminder to users who leave items in their cart.
Amazing support! Especially, Melissa from the team was a really great person to work with and pretty skillful. The mobile app design dashboard is really fun to play with. I was not expecting our app to look this classy. The result is mindblowing.
They also guide you to get the best results out of the app with more downloads etc. They are with you after launching your app as well. I mean literally.
Being able to send an automated push notification only to first time users would be wonderful. Also the ability to have app specific discounts, or first time user discounts. I’d love to offer the ability to offer discounts to users who leave items in their cart for more than a day.
Integration with my business was seamless and presented very little obstacles.. Wish some of the higher packaged features were included with the lower plans to really help stretch the design elements to bring more creativity to your app. But overall that is a minor thing.
