The constant maintenance that this needed was problematic to our company, so we dropped it. I loved using it, but ultimately our rev ops team decided it was too much and we now use Salesforce with a custom built view.
Skuid is very flexible, allowing you to get the exact user experience you need without having to write a lot of code. This makes it incredibly easy to maintain and very quick to build on. We often jump right into prototyping within Skuid instead of mocking up wire frames as it is so quick.
Feedback feature does not natively integrate with anything and is somewhat confusing to use. We ended up just creating a process to email the feedback details to an external system for tracking.
Pricing can get up there. With any salesforce app you have to realize that this is an additional cost for every employee you add or have. It can add up when you start breaking down how many employees vs how many apps you have.
We use Skuid to build custom interfaces that our customers and other end-users engage with. It is used across our entire organization and is a very powerful tool because it allows for admins to build custom pages without requiring any code. It is a very robust solution, and allows us to render components based on logical criteria, which allows for a better experience. When Skuid is mixed with CSS and HTML, it becomes a very hearty solution. I highly recommend Skuid for any use cases that require custom interfacing.
