Talent LMS has continued to deploy regular quarterly updates which improve the features and usability of their product. They’ve maintained affordable pricing along the way, even when large updates have been added to the system. It’s really easy for our learners to use and administration and reporting is pretty good.
Overall: Overall it is good. Content creation pages is basic and could use more elemental tools to make them more appealing (like Word formatting)
Pros: I is very easy to use and to create basic content, and the working area is large which I like more than other alternatives. For beginners is quite easy to start creating content and courses. Has the ability to integrate more advanced external html and external resources
Cons: Lacks features in the design area. Integration of questions, test and graphic material could be easier. Needs more organizational tools. Needs more tips to integrate advanced html commands
What do you like best?
Together with my Customer Success Consultant, I discussed the complex structure of my hybrid path and the principles of adaptive learning that I wanted to apply. This exchange resulted in a simple and well-structured presentation of the path for the learner. I think I used all the features that allow to build order and freedom into the e-learning. I also managed to integrate three learning environments into the LMS. Thank you Eleni for your availability, your expertise and your kindness. Thank you for helping me to achieve this milestone.
What do you dislike?
I regret not being able to better integrate H5P as an authoring tool in Talent LMS. I can’t integrate it as a scorm.
What do you like best?
I love that you can create different fractions within its site to allow multiple departments to use the site. The way everything is structured is user-friendly, and how you can source the information in many ways. I like how I am able to pull graphs and reports for the customer up regarding their use, and that I can check on group or individual progress. I am realizing that as I think outside the box with the usefulness of this system that I am only limited by my creativity. This truly is a unique, easy, and wonderful site to work with.
What do you dislike?
I only dislike that you include the user/admin as one of the free accounts. 4 people are not enough to do a pilot within the free program to determine whether or not this is an adequate account to suit the needs of yourself and the company’s needs.Other than that I find this site to be useful in so many ways!
