We do not staff an office on a regular basis but we still want to be accessible by our customers so we use Talkroute. It is set up to ring to 4 different people in sequence of our programmed availability. And if we miss a call we can easily look up who we missed a call from.
I run a counseling private practice and I needed an affordable alternative to having a traditional phone system. Talkroute beat all my expectations.
When we receive a forwarded call, the only caller ID options are to display the caller’s number or our Talkroute number. Which means it’s not possible to know who is calling AND know if it’s a business call or personal call until I pick up. An option for a custom ringtone or something to solve this would be super helpful.
TalkRoute’s customer service was very responsive for me, yet low-key just the way I like it! To be honest, I didn’t need much from support. The platform out of the box did most everything I needed. The one complex “architecting” of my phone system that I wanted to do was supported well, and Talkroute provided me with an alternative solution to help me meet my expectation.
The user interface is seamless and the price points are great for the entry level needs. They give you all the premium features that the competition is selling. The call stacking is another area that I love. It is something that is not available in the industry for such a price. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the team to create such a tool.
