Tinkle is very easy to use, almost an instant set up and you’re ready to go. The software is intuitive and effective, it makes communicating between our teams much more straight forward especially with multiple team members working remotely.
The mobil app makes integrating it all into my working day so much easier, and its reassuring to know that as I scale up someone else can take care of expanding this for me. Other key plus points for me are also the 24/7 voicemail and the integration with my Microsoft Teams and Hubspot, as I really do not want to spend time updating different systems
The customer service recieved from Tinkle has been fantastic, they are quick to rectify any problems and have explained how best to use the application. I am sure we will be talking about this app for years to come! Thank you for inventing it and being a great company to work with. It really is such an innovative application that could be used by so many different types of work settings.
As a start up scaling fast the Silent MP needed a quick set up and to make sure there was a professional voicemail greeting every caller internationally. It was all set up and running within 30 seconds, and the desktop and mobile app make the day to day running of it all so much easier. Would highly recommend!
