Easy to access out of the box for set up — and we were up and running with our phase 1 in just a few weeks. We are tech savvy but I think it would be easy to configure for most companies as well.
The best thing the platform has is an opportunity for unique customization. We have organized the multi-listing system and created more than 4000 pages for the marketplace. And now we are developing features for working with a product in the catalogue and sharing it to other sellers.
Virto Commerce let us reduce the number of people involved in management of promotions from six to one. We don’t depend on IT guys anymore, and everybody benefits from this.
You pretty much need to have an IT department to be able to run this solution. Its not plug and play in that sense. So platform is for companies that want to/are unique and offers a unique solution/product.
