Overall: We use to have tasks, calendars, sharing system…. none allowed me to do exactly what I needed. Then we found Wimi…. In one sign in, my team and I were able to share documents, tasks, follow projects, keep a historical log of the work done by projects and clients. We used logos and images for each client, so quickly and with just one look we’re able to go to the client project. I’m glad we found wimi
Pros: Very user friendly. Does 95% of what we needed in project management and sharing tools.
Cons: At first we had some interface issue. But with each upgrade, it became better.
Overall: Avoir une visibilité constante sur le planning de chaque collaborateur est très appréciée.

What do you dislike?
I would like it to be possible to install a program on the computer of Wimi and update task management in each commercial project without having to connect directly to the internet. It has happened to me many times that it is impossible to connect to an internet network and my progress in commercial tasks stagnates and it is impossible to see progress.

This system is innovative for us, allowing us to achieve constant communication between the work group to carry out projects and events, the Wimi system is a collaborative process which maintains different tools such as internal messaging, conferences, presentations and more in what communication is He refers, it allows me to maintain a constant collaboration I love because it is not common software, the tools are very effective and I am happy about it.
What do you dislike?

WIMI fonctionne et fait correctement ce qu’il annonce. C’est donc une bonne solution “tout en un” à condition de ne pas être trop exigeant sur chacun des aspects du tout.
Cons
WIMI adapte votre facturation à la hausse lorsque vous rajoutez un utilisateur, mais pas à la baisse lorsque vous en enlevez un. Du coup, vous continuez à payer plein pot pour tous les ex-utilisateurs de la plateforme qui n’y sont plus. Une véritable arnaque.
