The chat icon in the lower right in the admin. The people that respond to that chat are not just some random person that doesn’t know anything. They help you fix the problem and help you understand the problem. They have saved me so many times with my dumb questions and problems, and they pretend like your problem isn’t dumb! 🙂
WP Engine support staff is simply the best. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to chat with a support agent, and 9/10 times they are able to resolve my issue or question. In the rare case where they need to escalate my ticket, I receive a response within an hour or two. Depending on how complex the issue is, we can usually resolve within several hours.
The hosting platform is great and easy to use but the thing that sets WP Engine apart in my mind is the customer service. It is pretty much unmatched in any industry… but especially in the hosting arena. Usually calling a host is the worst part of my day, but calling WP Engine is always a breeze and they are always so friendly and helpful. We try to get all of our clients to let us host them because we know it will be a better experience than any other host out there.
