Pros: I am working on Incent for almost six years now. Incent is the best tool for commission calculation. The system provides complete functionality – from credits to commissions to draws, and then running reports/analytics. It offers a lot of functions and customizations required to design complicated commission plans and calculate commissions. I like the new UI for Incent that the team rolled out a couple of months ago. Plus the new changes that the team brings are really good and make the product more usable & friendly.
Cons: At the start of the year, the system requires a kind of fresh set up, which takes quite a amount of time. While I am writing Rules, I need to create a new Order Type or Credit Type, I cannot create it from the Rules page. Instead, I have to go to the specific page to create these Order or Credit Type and then return to the Rules page to write the Rule.
Overall: Takes some getting use to, but it’s better than calculating manually
Pros: The ability to calculate with different designs, eligibility, pulling data/reports, and loading data into Xactly is very easy.
Cons: There’s some system limitation and we still need to calculate manually. Draws aren’t tied to a person record and there’s no auditing in the draw or hierarchy function
Overall: Overall, Xactly delivers what is expected of it. We don’t use Xactly all the time, but when we do we always have smiles on our faces!
Pros: I like how I can always check on Xactly my commissions for every time the data is refreshed. As a manger, I am also able to see the commission details of my team to make sure that they are accurate.
Cons: We manually upload the raw data so people can view their commissions after, it would be great if it can be integrated with a data feed so the information can be refreshed any time.
What do you like best?
What we like best about Xactly is the automation as well as the fact that sales reps are confidently able to review their commission with all details.

We do not like the costs associated with keeping up with the program.

With comp structure in our company, we like Xactly Incent a lot. The best part is easy to maintain and 100% accuracy along with flexibility guaranteed. Once the needs are properly identified, this is the tool you want to use.
Recommend to everybody who engaged with Compensation, Sales Compensation as the considerable product.
Xactly has great people and a great team. One of the examples is support team. The response is quick and clear. Great Professional Services team.
What do you dislike?
This Xactly Incent tool for compensation is really great and nothing to dislike about it. There are always proper ways can be found to meet the expectations. That is why we have big heads for. Everything is done for a reason. Only negative people will dislike it. if they dislike Incent for sure they will dislike any other comp product.
