Overall: It’s been great! After it is set up it’s a powerful software that helps fuel my business as it grows.
Pros: Zoho Free Mail is a great free software that has fantastic capabilities. The ability to add up to five users for free and different groups such as support, info, no-reply, etc. are powerful for freemium software.
Cons: It’s hard to set up if you don’t know what you’re doing. It requires adding and editing entries to you DNS host server for your domain hosting. If you don’t know what that is, you might want to consider another solution.
Pros: I liked most of the features that Zoho Mail has to offer, especially when it comes to maintaining my e – mail web domain and setting it up with this software. Other Zoho ecosystem tools, such as Zoho Storage and Zoho Docs, are also compatible with Zoho Mail and can be conveniently integrated.
Cons: This software is difficult to use or set up a new e – mail web hosting efficiently, particularly for an inexperienced user. There are just too many steps required in setting up something that should be simple. In comparison to the web browser version, the software for android platforms is also not very responsive.
What do you like best?
Zoho mail is secure and so organized and neat. The taskbar is full of features and great shortcuts that allow the users to access the desired part quickly. Zoho mail is a part of the big family of Zoho. I m currently exploring more features from this family, and I’m telling you It’s more convenient than yahoo for sure .ZOHO Mail has a fantastic integration with CRM, Mail, market, and surveys that allow you to expand your activities on it also; it will enable you to use Claneder, vault, and project (newly added ) that shows the level of professionalism in it.
What do you dislike?
I couldn’t find any interesting theme for Zoho. The theme is so formal and dull. It could be great if they could bring more colors and fun for different taste also the android version is not that smooth that’s why I prefer to use on my PC and stick to the Gmail for android.
What do you like best?
This email hosting might be a great (and cheaper) alternative for gmail. Gmail is great. However, when you’re starting a business, a personalized email using Gmail can be really expensive. Zoho mail free version also contains a small suite where you can check your calendar, some notes, a contact book, alarms, sticky notes, and a todo list integrated in the workspace.
What do you dislike?
The free version allows up to 5 email accounts and only one organization (aka email domain). Rarely, (but it might happen) you can experience some delays delivering emails, or your emails go straight to the spam folder.
