Used this software for years (may be 5 years or more?), started when it was OpenX. The prettiest thing is easy to install and use, very low entry threshold, so it can be used by business of any size and even individuals with very low maintenance costs.
Being free and open source have also some cons. The dependence of wait for community updates to fix issues and security problems maybe can impact your business.
