After importing our item list we began to see how cumbersome using the back-end is. There’s a huge learning curve. To this day, years after signing up, it’s still difficult to navigate around. Lots of standard features are lacking, and they don’t seem to be in a hurry to implement anything that their client base requests.
The software is really very useful virtual help to build your online store. I personally liked the way it handled all our inventories and keeps us updated with shipment and cart details.
