Adobe recently introduced a new user interface, which has is obviously an upgrade from the former user interface : which was unappealing to marketers. I love this tool for email delivery and tracking capabilities: which ensures we have a fair idea of the percentage of our emails that end up in our customer’s inbox.

It makes it easy to create communications for different channels – Email, Push and SMS. The ability to see the source code and edit the HTML through the software makes it quick and easy to edit and amend comms. The ability to also manage a vast number of campaigns with a different number of target groups in one place, it’s easy to find and switch to the desired campaign and make amendments.
