Instability, lack of ability to deliver a product to spec. Support is overseas and despite ridiculous amounts of patience and understanding had to revert back to our 20 year old out date but stable software.

Overall it’s a very good ERP. Customer service is quick and patient in solving the issues. I like the dedicated support option in which we will be having a dedicated person, so we don’t need to explain the whole thing every time we contact them.

Value for money. If you are unable to afford SAP then this is the best alternative for it at a very affordable price. One can go for different modules as per their business requirement. No need to go for the entire product. The customer support team will explain you the best software for you as per your budget and helps in installation as well.

1. Still relatively buggy. 2. Feels archaic. 3. Doesn’t have new age functiality like.connecting to social media and giving is updates about where clients are. 4. Reporting is weak.
