Pros: It is very easy to use (user friendly), looks great, there are no lags and it is very responsive. I reached out to ask the developers a question on how to do something on Gaviti and they were very helpful. The response time was great, I didn’t have to wait for too long to get my answers. I’m glad it works well on Google Chrome on iPhones.

What do you like best?
I love the ease of being able to automatically generate email reminders to our customers regarding their invoices and payment due dates. Whether it’s due today, due in 7 days, or past due. It’s helping us stay on top of things a lot easier and saves us some time.

I also love being able to stop communications on an invoice or customer for whatever reason and being able to provide the explanation as well as sending myself and manager email reminders that we paused an invoice so that we don’t forget to resume all communications.

It also helps that everything is in real time. As soon as we apply a payment or credit to an invoice in our accounting system it’s no longer shown in Gaviti and there is nothing for us to do any further.

Updating email wording and format that is being sent to the customer is also a breeze.

If I have any questions the Gaviti team is really friendly and ready to assist me with whatever I need.

I highly recommend Gaviti.

What do you like best?
The quick support. Anytime we have any issue they are very quick to respond and give a helping hand. We also really do like to website. It gives to a nice overview of your current AR. If you need more detail you can drill down but the overview is very nice. The next best part is the automatic emails that get sent out by the system. This is a much better solution the manual emailing to our customers.
