Reviews

It’s an incredible value for the features. We only need to pay monthly for our administrator account, and all our staff users are free. They don’t get to create projects or add/change actions, but their day-to-day use of MeisterTask is free (e.g., creating and completing tasks/tickets, moving tasks around, adding checklists, etc.). I also love the integrations with other services like Zapier, which we use to allow creation of tasks via sending emails, and the MeisterTask plugin for Gmail, which lets you create tasks directly from your Inbox. This adds tons of value for our staff, who again are free users.

With MeisterTask, it is possible to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously and add team members to the need, saving time and boosting team productivity. Thus, communication between team members is simple; asking questions, providing answers, and updating assignments are quick and straightforward; assigning team members is fast and convenient.

What do you like best?
What I like most about MeisterTask is that if offers me a fully customizable panel, where I can organize all the sections and order them as I like best, I can move the sections of Completed Tasks, pending, planned and delayed. Also, another thing that I like about MeisterTask is that it offers me a section where I can work as a team, I can post the task that is in progress and several of my colleagues can participate in the elaboration of the planned task. The teamwork section is surprising beacuse it allows us to complete tasks much faster and with mutual support.
What do you dislike?
The notification system that MeisterTask offers me for my mobile device is a bit slow to send notifications at the right time. On several occasions, I have viewed too late when new tasks have been placed for me or for my workgroup, because it takes a while for MeisterTask to send the notification to my cell phone or computer. I think that MeisterTask should improve the notification system, to be able to be notified at the exact moment and to be able to complete the tasks at the right time.

What do you like best?
It has become an excellent ally for us when helping us organize our projects in a much more agile way, the fact that it has a 100% customizable main board is perfect for me to evaluate and place everything in a very orderly way and simple, in such a way that all the members of the work team can be informed about the development of the activities, the fact that its interface has a fairly “user friendly” design is perfect for navigating throughout the entire application without presenting no kind of setback, the fact that I can configure my boards as private seems very practical, especially when there are several boards and I do not require that all users have access to all the boards, its ease of use is also something that plays a lot in its favor, since it allows us all to use it without any inconvenience, in fact learning to use the application is something or quite simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike?
None, I have no complaints about this application, everything worked perfectly for us, which seemed a complete surprise to us since we have had bad experiences with similar applications where they promised us many good things, but in the end everything turned out to be great lie, on the other hand with Meister Task it is not the case since it has really fulfilled everything it has promised.

I don’t often say I love a software, but I love MeisterTask. As I passed over some important tasks to another person, I found she was not as organized as I was, and it was costing us a lot of lost revenue as she failed to follow up on time-sensitive claim rejections and other issues. Furthermore, due to the way our main systems work, I had a hard time keeping my own eyes on the issues before it was too late. By implementing MeisterTask, we both have insight into the issues that have come back from insurances, I’m able to better hold her accountable, and tasks are getting done. I love the Kanban board, having the ability to personalize it, write notes, have overarching tasks with subtasks, and more.
Visualization, due dates, reminders. It’s user-friendly, and has a modern interface. The ability to customize various aspects was great. I like the dashboard that tells you what’s due today, this week, or later. As a manager, I liked being able to set up multiple projects in one place.
