It is well suited for a chat bot that is integrated with users to handle user requests that come in in large numbers. In such cases costs can be saved and staff can be replaced. It is less well suited for highly variable requests that come in in small numbers.

The user interface could be improved, some settings are hard to find and the UX is not always simple. – Bot usage analytics are still a bit limited – Documentation/tutorials are not exhaustive yet.

Creating a bot was incredibly easy. From the inception to the deployment on the messaging app, you’re well guided and everything is packaged. The first aspect I appreciated the most was the User Interface and the User Experience : all the needed elements are easy to access and easy to use.
