Overall: Good, easy to use, need more features, more detail reports, forcast.
Pros: Easy to use, friendly. easy to integrate with other apps, in general is this.
Cons: We don’t like the app to ios, we need a catalog of products or services, we most have this feature, and more automation.

Overall: I like it because its easy and quick to learn how to use it.
Pros: I like the easy way to manage the app and to work in it.
Cons: That we have to open every 24 hours a conversation in whatsapp instead of having it open until we close the lead.

What do you like best?
I would love to say what I liked, I understand that everything is part of a process, however we have not had the opportunity to experiment with the app, but I am convinced that it will be very useful, and that is why we chose them
What do you dislike?
The fact that the verification takes too long, this has greatly delayed our activities and projects that we now urgently need to put into practice (I understand that it is not your fault, however the process is complicated)

What do you like best?
Being able to use WhatsApp in a professional way in my business. Before Sirena, it did it, and although WhatsApp in itself is an effective tool for sale, its management added a time cost that until knowing Sirena was high. With Sirena I can manage my sales department efficiently, increasing the productivity and conversion rate of my team.
What do you dislike?
I can’t think of anything to note at the moment. At least for the use case that I have today I have not found any faults.
