Overall: It keeps the team motivated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I’m really happy with it overall.
Pros: I like that we can customize the dashboards as we see fit and the team finds the boards very motivating and informative. The customer service is absolutely fantastic.
Cons: nothing, big fan overall. I would love to see more complexity on some of the dashboards but overall I think the app does a great job.

Overall: It has been a great experience and very useful in getting people motivated to hit their goals.
Pros: It makes it fun and competitive to track strategic goals such as phone dials and talk time among our organization. We have also been using the platform to track our biggest loser competition we are holding this year.
Cons: Sometimes there are boards that no longer show up on my feed that I would like to track.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that I can see my everyday call numbers as well as that I can see my daily/weekly goals. Whenever I feel like I’m falling behind, I can easily see where I need to focus my attention that day and how I can catch up

What do you like best?
As a Salesforce Admin reviewing this product, I like the fact that Spinify has options to get really connected with our Salesforce instance. Salesforce is our main CRM tool where our reps get valuable information about our prospects and customers so having a software that integrates with it is a huge plus.

What do you dislike?
Since the connection is robust, Spinify pull just about everything in Salesforce. For us, this lead to enhancements and other requests from the field to “fully set up” Spinify. Think creating more fields, allowing different permissions, etc. This is very surface-level, like it’s labor intensive on the SF side but I’ve seen how Spinify helps and encourages our team so it will be something we will consider. Overall though, great product!

What I enjoy most about Spinify is the customizable visualization of leaderboards, contests, prizes, awards, etc. On a daily basis we’ll run multiple competitions amongst teams within our call center and award points/prizes based on certain metrics. Without a doubt, this has proven to be a useful tool to improve agent productivity and overall morale since moving to a work from home environment last year.


Sometimes integration with our various software/CRM’s have been tricky, but nothing that we couldn’t work around and/or solve with Spinify’s support.
