Overall: Awesome and Best.
Pros: Fast & smooth with an amazing User Interface. Expenses tracking and management is very easy. Mobile application is the best feature, which this platform offers.

Overall: It meets the business requirements in a very effective way.
Pros: The best part of WebExpenses is the approval flow. It’s simple yet effective process allows our business to efficiently manage creating, approving and processing expenses.
Cons: The user interface is perhaps where the software could be most improved. We’ve had to deal with a few claimants who have found it difficult to navigate through the interface when creating a claim.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and clean interface.

All critical metrics around expenses such as unsubmitted, submitted, approved, rejected are clearly shown upfront which makes managing your claims easy.

What do you dislike?
The login sometimes is a nightmare. I’ve personally faced issues with login sometimes, and so have my colleagues.

The UI of reporting a claim even though it is functional seems outdated and needs a revamp to make it look modern.

What do you like best?
It is very simple to use and very easy to navigate around the platform. You are able to see the status of all of your claims, you are notified when something isn’t properly complete and it prompts you to double check on particlar categories to ensure you have completed it correctly. It also saves a lot of admin time and the approval process is quick as well. I have used other expenses platforms before which have been good, particularly in terms of simplicity, however all in all, Webexpenses based on my requirements has been the best platform that I have used so far.

What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike about Webexpenses nor is there anyway I could think to improve the platform. I have not had any issues when using the website or the app.
