Overall: Just brilliant. The embeddable forum looks like a natural extension of my site. Customers love being able to keep in touch with each other.
Pros: I have a group of dedicated users who love forums. I searched for an attractive forum that could be embedded directly into my existing site. Even before the free trial was over, I knew that I would be purchasing from Website Toolbox. The options to make attractive forums really appealed to me, and setting up the forum was a snap. One of my users requested a feature (to embed Spotify playlists). I passed that along to the Dev team. I was told it might take 2-3 months, but they would work on it
Overall: The main benefit is in building an interactive online learning community. Another benefit is that sometimes the discussions can easily be edited into collaboratively written articles.
Pros: This Discussion Forum can easily be organized according to 3 levels (and more if you want to get more complex). This makes it so easy for us to organize discussions that follow our course curriculum. The website toolbox staff provide fantastic online support.
Cons: Although it is possible to create different user groups and run two or more separate discuss
What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to use this service, it intergrates nicly into my website, has a mobile version, and has many themes and layouts to pick from.
What do you dislike?
Could have a more simply admin homepage, instead of digging around everywhere to edit user roles, for etc.

The only downside it that my forum members and I have come to really love an older theme. We tried some of the newer ones, but didn’t quite like the look of them.
Retaining an older theme has not allowed us to enjoy some of the features of the newer themes, such as tagging users in a post.
