Overall: An excellent free POS app. Easy to use and very intuitive.
Pros: I use Loyverse for my little bussines and it is perfect. It allows me to create my products, track my stock and send an email to my buyer with the receipts. Also, I like all the ecosystem they have. You cans watch stats about your sells and your gross profit, that’s neat.
Cons: I will really like to be able to delete receipts without the need of write an email to customer service.

It would be useful if you implement management and functions that allow online orders to be made, in order to guarantee that it is a complete software according to programmed functions only for restaurants, precisely for areas that acquire a wide range of alternative demands, and require a application that contains options to place orders and deliveries, being a more practical and multi-functional idea, on the same mobile platform.

What do you like best?
I love this software since it acquires explicit and advanced functions, for a more comfortable method through mobile devices, since it is a platform that is based on converting your phone as a strategic point of sale, for public service establishments, the which takes to the limits a versatile ability to specify said economic movements in an easy way, allowing merchants to carry out billing processes and an inventory follow-up, arising directly from their cell phone, to interpret an accounting control, with excellent systematic positions.

What do you dislike?
It would be useful if it would integrate more optimal and cleaner functions with the work carried out in these areas, precisely a commercial and monetary movement from a more contemplative and easy-to-use comfort, one of these disadvantages is that it does not support evaluation forms of each process, which is carried out through these platforms, which means a frustrating inconvenience, for the merchant’s environment, when carrying out their billing processes.

Ultimately I am frustrated. Due to the fact that there is no Customer Support. This leads me to believe that there is not much developement expected, as this product seems to have been created, and then dumped on the market with little to no maintenance.

The price makes this product worth it. Cloud features and ease of use also make it stand out. I use premium features, and it still is cheaper than other options on the market for functionality that I need in my small business.

Absolutely no customer service, however, it is advertised that there is. They have a live chat service. But in 5 weeks of daily messaging, I have received maybe 1 response.
