Overall: My business has really benefited from using Referrizer. Since Referrizer integrates with my booking software, Mindbody, it literally works automatically, without me having to do much. It has truly helped my business grow over the last 2 years.
Pros: Referrizer has been a great software for my small business. It has helped in multiple ways: 1. It has helped me generate more online reviews 2. It has helped me get more new customers through referrals (from my existing clients) and directly from visitors of my website 3. It makes it easy to communicate and send out marketing campaigns through email and text templates
Cons: As a business owner, sometimes I’m not able to create some of my marketing campaigns until the weekend (my only free time). While they have good support, they don’t offer support on the weekends (when I need it).

Overall: Good overall experience.
Pros: I use texting feature most often. Clients prefer to communicate via text. I also use it for email campaigns.
Cons: I wish there was an app for texting. Additionally, referrizer doesn’t automatically sync with my spa software (for new clients) so we have to enter new client info into referrizer.

What do you like best?
I love so many things about Refferizer it is hard to list them all. Their customer service is fantastic, and the system is easy to use with a short learning curve. However, what I love most is the impact it has had on sales. I have been using the system for a month and a week and have had about 25 new and past customers (that have not purchased in over three months) bought summer camps. Also, because of the text going, many of my current customers bought camps. My camp sign-ups were very low when I started with Refferizer, and now they all are almost full. I have also received several reviews since I started using it, which is wonderful and will help me get new customers.

What do you dislike?
I want to be able to sort my contact by zip code. I have multiple territories that I serve with my business, and it would be helpful to be able to create campaigns for specific areas by zipcode.,

What do you like best?
The text messages that I can send out as well as the automatic ones that go out to my people with loyalty point reminders or asking them if they want to claim the discounts. The landing page and tracking number are also very convenient to help with new client acquisition.

What do you dislike?
I wish Referrizer would integrate with MindBody more where someone who claims a deal could get instant access or a promo code to use that deal and purchase right away on MindBody. Too many times my clients are confused about how to claim deals and that makes them not want to participate in the loyalty program. Sometimes my clients are unsubscribed from texts or emails without them knowing it. Its hard to know if people are not getting my texts because their carrier is blocking it from them.
